Dr. Milliken:
Hi I’m doctor Milliken, did you no your family photo album can be helpful in identifying vision problems, and its not how clearly you can see the pictures its what you can see in the pictures. Everyone knows about the photo red eye, but did you no that a difference in color or brightness can be the sign of an eye turn, or partially seeing eye. Also note head position, children with eye muscle problems tend to hold there head with a tilt or turn to prevent double vision by assisting the weak eye muscle take note of the reflections on the eye, if they are not symmetrical it often indicates a lazy eye. Better yet make an appointment for an eye examination; it’s worth more than a thousand words. I look forward to meeting you and your family. I’m sure you will all go home with better insight and eyesight!

It’s not uncommon for a baby’s eye color to change early on, after 6 months though that eye color is permanent. For more eye care trivia and fun, visit millikeneyecare.com that’s m-i-l-l-i-k-e-n eye care.com!
